The next joint meeting of the East Central and West Central Europe Regions of the International Society for Applied Ethology (ISAE) will be held on September 25-26, 2009 at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences Vienna (BOKU), Austria.
The aim of the joint regional meeting is to present and to discuss ongoing research in the field of applied ethology and animal welfare. In particular young researchers are invited to present their results and to discuss their research. The meeting is open to both members and non-members of the ISAE.
The main theme of the meeting will be "Current research in the East and West Central European region on animal behaviour and welfare". Contributions dealing with all aspects of behaviour and welfare in farm, companion, laboratory and zoo animals are welcome.
